Is this just sun-sign horoscopes?
No. Shymea computes more than 230 structured factors from your full chart — natal placements, houses, aspects, essential dignities, the current sky, timing techniques, midpoints, and more — calculated to your exact birth time and place. Your Sun sign is one line of a much longer story.
How is my chart calculated?
Planetary positions are computed with the Skyfield astronomy library using the JPL DE442 ephemeris (NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory), cast against your exact birth date, time, and place. Shymea works in the Western tradition — the Tropical zodiac with Placidus houses (Regiomontanus houses for judged horary questions). Calculated first, interpreted second.
What if I don't know my birth time?
You can still get a meaningful chart. Many placements don't depend on the exact minute; the houses and Rising sign do. If you're unsure, you can use an approximate time (noon is a common default) and refine it later — we explain this right on the form.
How do the yes-or-no answers work?
Decide uses horary astrology: a chart is cast for the exact moment you ask, then judged by the classical, rule-based method of William Lilly's Christian Astrology (1647). The considerations are structured rules, not AI-invented judgment — and your first judged question is free.
What makes the answers feel personal?

Is my data private?
